 Extra flooring was pickup and layed out in kitchen to acclimatise to the environment. Flooring will resume Monday now electrical is on again.. Mechanical for down draft will happen Monday also. The template for the back splashes can be done on Wednesday. Will pick up samples at Pental on Tuesday. More pictures to come next week.

Wall to existing laundry rm has multiple water, waste pipes and heater ducts. This only allows a 30 inches opening. I could do a pocket door on inside of wall making a 12" jamb thickness or just an opening walk in ?

Electrical rough in for garbage and insta hot water as well as dishwasher hard wired

Electrical rough in completed on pendant lights x3, GFI outlets x6 switches x5, new recess 6" cans above new cook top and move old hallway lights and 2 cans.

Beginning of the beautiful new solid prefinished wood floors.

Electricians showed today and will need 2 days.

New plumbing rough in completed and ice maker moved and gas.

New island wall for plumbing and electric and strength. Plumbing removed and rerouted for upstairs hallway bathroom.

Bearing post installed as far over as possible. Fixed posting bearing point load under house .
